Below is a typical but not limited checklist for your Spring maintenance on your A/C system.

Checklist: 

**If you are running your air conditioner before maintenance is performed, make sure that you air conditioning cover is removed before turned on.**

• Clean outdoor condensing coil.
• Oil condenser motor and blower motor (if necessary)
• Check voltage and wiring.
• Check and replace air filter.
• Clean "A" coil (if necessary).
• Check refrigerant charge and add/remove freon if necessary.
• Check temperature differential to make sure it is working properly.
• Check and calibrate thermostat.
